Land Reclamation History interrogates the Gateway Hill trails site, north of Fort McMurray, a reclaimed tailing pond near the site of Suncor Energy's oilsands mine. The site is surrounded by a busy industrial highway on all sides, and features those sounds, as well as the drone of the Syncrude Mildred Lake Upgrader and the duck cannons. Nature pokes through too.
